This elegant project launched with the clients partnering with Paulina to select the home. The home was situated in a beautiful neighborhood with spectacular views and had a floorplan that functioned well for their growing family although the finishes and room programming were outdated and tired. Paulina had to guarantee that she could “make the kitchen look stunning” in order for the client to proceed with the purchase and remodel. On top of all that, it had to be complete in a matter of nine months because baby number four was on his way!

The family of six enjoys entertaining frequently. While the tonal palette is luxurious, these furnishings are engineered to competently serve a very active family and stand the test of time. The scope of this project included a full gut and complete renovation of the main floor, including the master suite; a refresh of the lower level where all the secondary bedrooms and kids' playroom reside, and a refresh of important exterior details - including a custom-designed front door.
